2. Settlement Cycle
- Payouts will be made to the Restaurant Partner’s registered bank account on a [weekly/bi-weekly basis – insert as per Zeply policy].
- Settlements will be made on a net basis (after deductions).
- A minimum settlement threshold may be applied (e.g., ₹500) – balances below this will carry forward to the next cycle.
3. Settlement Process
At the end of each cycle, Zeply will generate a settlement report detailing:

- Taxes and deductions.
- Refunds or cancellations (if any).
- Net payable amount.
Settlement will be initiated via NEFT/IMPS/UPI to the bank details provided.
4. Refund & Cancellation Adjustments
- In case of order cancellations or refunds, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the settlement cycle.
- If the refund is processed after settlement, the deducted amount will reflect in the next cycle’s payout.
- In cases of fraudulent or fake orders, Zeply reserves the right to adjust the entire order value.
5. Taxes & Compliance
- All settlements are subject to TDS/GST and other applicable statutory deductions.
- Restaurant Partners are solely responsible for filing their tax returns and complying with all legal obligations.
- Zeply will provide invoices and settlement statements for reference.
6. Disputes & Delays
- Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised within 7 working days of payout.
- Zeply shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect bank details, holidays, or payment gateway issues.
