Zeply is committed to protecting your privacy across all its offerings — whether you're booking a ride, dining at a partner restaurant, or exploring our other services like Zeply Health. This Privacy Policy specifically outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Zeply Ride, available through the main Zeply app and platform.

• Personal Identification Information: Name, phone number, gender, email address, and profile photo.
• Location Information: Real-time GPS data to enable ride tracking and matching you with nearby riders or captains.

All rides include insurance coverage of up to ₹2.5 Lakh, which covers:

• Accidental injury or death
• Emergency hospitalization during the ride
• Outpatient treatment (OPD)

The insurance is applicable only during active rides booked through the Zeply Ride app.
