By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Zeply’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific Services. Zeply reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeply’s Services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and are fully capable of understanding and complying with these Terms.

- Hotel Booking: Search and book accommodations from a variety of hotel partners.
- Event Ticketing: Purchase tickets for concerts, events, movies, and more.
- Grocery Delivery: Order groceries for delivery from local stores.
- Zeply Club Subscription: A subscription service offering exclusive benefits for members, including discounts on food delivery, dine-in reservations, hotel bookings, and more.
These services may be subject to availability and third-party partner terms, and Zeply makes no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or timeliness of the services provided.
5. Zeply Club Subscription
The Zeply Club Subscription is a premium service offering exclusive benefits and discounts across Zeply’s platform. By subscribing to Zeply Club, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth on that page.
- Subscription Modifications: Zeply reserves the right to modify the terms, benefits, pricing, or availability of the Zeply Club subscription at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the Zeply Club page, and it is your responsibility to review the page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
- Billing and Renewal: By subscribing to Zeply Club, you authorize Zeply to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis. The subscription may automatically renew unless canceled by you. Specific billing details and cancellation policies are available on the Zeply Club page.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Zeply’s Services in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresenting your identity or using fraudulent payment methods.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt the Services, including spamming, hacking, or using the platform for illegal activities.
7. Payment and Pricing
By using Zeply’s Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees for orders, reservations, or bookings made through the platform. Payment for Services is processed through our third-party payment processor. Zeply is not responsible for any issues related to third-party payment services.
- Food Delivery & Dine-In: Prices for food and dine-in services are set by the restaurant partners and may vary.
- Hotel Booking: Hotel prices are subject to availability and may fluctuate based on demand.
- Event Ticketing: Ticket prices are determined by event organizers and may include additional service fees.
- Grocery Delivery: Prices for grocery items are set by local stores, and delivery charges may apply.
All charges are due at the time of booking or order placement, and you agree to pay in full using the available payment methods.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Food Delivery & Dine-In: Orders for food delivery and dine-in reservations can be canceled or modified per the respective restaurant’s cancellation policy.
- Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies set by the hotel. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the hotel’s policy.
- Event Ticketing: Ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
- Grocery Delivery: Grocery orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Zeply may link to third-party websites, services, or content, including restaurants, hotels, event organizers, and grocery stores. These third parties have their own terms and conditions, and you are encouraged to review them. Zeply is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of third-party providers.
10. Privacy and Data Collection

11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Zeply platform are owned by Zeply or our partners. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without explicit permission from Zeply.
12. Limitation of Liability
Zeply is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Errors, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of Services.
- Any issues related to third-party services or partners.
- Losses resulting from fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeply’s liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Services in question during the 30-day period preceding the event that caused the liability.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Zeply harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
14. Termination
Zeply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engagement in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.

Third-Party Payment Gateway Policy
At Zeply, we prioritize the security and privacy of our users' data. To ensure a seamless and secure payment experience, we integrate third-party payment gateways, including Juspay, to process transactions. 1. Payment Gateway Usage
- All financial transactions initiated within our platform are securely processed through Juspay, a trusted third-party payment gateway.

- Juspay employs encryption and other security protocols to protect users' payment data during transactions.
- We continuously monitor our integration with Juspay to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
5. Transaction Disputes
- For any disputes or issues related to payment transactions, users should contact our customer support team at support@zeply.in.
- We will work with Juspay to resolve the matter in a timely and fair manner.
6. Changes to the Policy
- This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, the integration with Juspay, or legal and regulatory requirements.
- Users will be notified of significant updates via our platform or email.
Zeply Wallet:
The Company provides a wallet facility as one of the payment options to its Users (“Zeply Wallet”), which can be used for transactions on the Platform. By using the Zeply Wallet, you agree that its usage is subject to geographical and other restrictions that may be applied from time to time. Additionally, the use of the Zeply Wallet shall be governed by specific terms and conditions.

Zeply Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zeply, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that your experience with us is seamless. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the procedures and conditions under which you may cancel orders and request refunds.
1. Food Delivery and Dine-In Reservations
- Food Delivery:
- You can cancel your food delivery order within 15 minutes of placing the order (subject to the restaurant's policy) to receive a full refund.
- After the 15-minute window, cancellations will not be accepted, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched.
- If the restaurant fails to deliver the food as per the expected quality or if there are significant delays (more than 90 minutes after the expected delivery time), you are entitled to request a refund or replacement.
- Refund requests for food delivery are processed upon review of the case, and we reserve the right to decline any refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Dine-In Reservations:
- You may cancel or modify your dine-in reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the reservation time may incur a cancellation fee (as per the restaurant's cancellation policy).
- In case of no-show, you may be charged a no-show fee, depending on the restaurant's terms.
2. Hotel Bookings
- Cancellation Policy:
- Hotel bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the check-in date for a full refund, subject to the specific hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund. The exact fee depends on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
- Refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s policy, and Zeply is not responsible for the hotel’s cancellation and refund terms.
3. Event Ticketing
- Refunds for Event Tickets:
- All ticket sales are final. However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizers, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the event organizer's refund policy.
- If you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, Zeply is unable to offer refunds, as tickets are typically non-refundable.
- Refunds for canceled or rescheduled events will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the organizer’s process.
4. Grocery Delivery
- Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your grocery order before the dispatch of the order without any charge. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- In case of issues with the product quality or delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery for a possible refund or replacement.
- Refunds for grocery items will be processed only if the products are damaged, missing, or incorrect.
5. Zeply Club Subscription
- Cancellation and Refund for Zeply Club Subscription:
- Zeply Club subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) based on your chosen plan.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle. Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you can contact customer support to review the issue.
- To cancel your subscription, please visit the Zeply Clube page and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact customer support.
6. Refund Process
- How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund for any of the services mentioned above, please contact Zeply Customer Support at support@zeply.in or via the in-app support feature. Provide the following information:
- Order number or booking reference
- Reason for the cancellation or refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., proof of delivery issue, event cancellation notice, etc.)
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after submission. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
7. General Terms
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Some fees, such as delivery charges, restaurant no-show charges, event service fees, and third-party partner fees, may not be refundable.
- Zeply’s Right to Modify:
- Zeply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any order, booking, or subscription at its discretion. In cases of system errors or fraud, Zeply may cancel or modify your order or booking, and refunds will be processed as deemed appropriate.
- Force Majeure:
- Zeply will not be held liable for any cancellation or refund issues caused by events outside of our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt our services.

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeply Parcel platform, which includes the website (www.zeply.in), the Zeply mobile application, and all associated services and platforms related to parcel delivery (collectively, the “Applications”). Zeply Parcel is a brand owned and operated by Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited (“Wisdom Tree”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the parent company behind the Zeply ecosystem, including Zeply Dine-In, Zeply Ride, and other verticals.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the Applications after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Subject to your compliance, Wisdom Tree grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Applications.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to access or use the Applications.
Ownership of Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content, design, software, logos, and underlying systems of the Applications are owned by or licensed to Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited. No material from the Applications may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, or distributed without prior written consent from us.
Access and Use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access data or accounts not intended for you.
- Disrupt or interfere with system operations or network security.

Indemnity and Release
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or liability arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
The Applications and their contents are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the services. Wisdom Tree disclaims any and all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Applications or services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Zeply Captain Application or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, the maximum liability of Zeply shall be limited up-to ₹1000. This amount is the maximum you may claim for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to your use of our platform or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Communication
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These may include transactional updates, promotional messages, and legal notices. You may manage your communication preferences from within the app or by contacting support.
User Content and Feedback
All feedback, suggestions, reviews, and user-generated content submitted through the Applications shall become the property of Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited. You grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in any form without obligation or compensation.
You agree that your content will not infringe on the rights of others or contain unlawful, threatening, or obscene material. You remain responsible for any content you provide and agree to indemnify us against any resulting claims.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Applications at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
Violation of Terms
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Applications and any associated services. Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited also reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
Zeply Ride Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Zeply Ride, a service offered through the Zeply platform, owned and operated by Wisdom Tree Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Zeply Ride app or any related service offered through the Zeply platform (including Zeply Dine-In, Zeply Health, etc.), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.
I. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Indian law. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
II. User Account
- To use Zeply Ride, you must create an account on the Zeply app.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
III. Services
Zeply Ride is a two-wheeler transportation service connecting customers with verified delivery partners or riders for commuting and delivery purposes. The Company only provides a platform to facilitate this service and is not liable for the behavior, actions, or conduct of any rider/driver or customer.
IV. Payment
- Fares are dynamic and depend on various factors such as distance, demand, and traffic.
- Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet balance.
- Zeply reserves the right to change fare structures at any time without prior notice.
V. Cancellation & Refunds
- Users may cancel a booking as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the app.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
VI. User Conduct
- Not to use the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
- To treat riders and staff with respect and dignity.
- To comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety protocols while using Zeply Ride.
- Not to damage, misuse, or cause harm to the vehicle or rider.
VII. Insurance & Safety
- All rides are covered under basic ride insurance.
- Riders are trained and verified by the company.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Losses resulting from misuse of your account or service delays;
- Damages arising from the conduct or actions of a third-party (including riders, traffic authorities, or other users).
IX. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the Zeply platform including the app, website, and other materials are the property of Wisdom Tree Ventures and protected under applicable laws.
X. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
XI. Termination
Zeply reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform without notice if:
- You breach these Terms;
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
- Required by law or regulation.
XII. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or disruptions in telecom networks.
XIII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
XIV. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
XV. Modification of Terms
Zeply may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform. Continued usage after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the ride. Criminal complaints must be filed within 72 hours of the incident.
Zeply Ride – Captain Terms & Conditions

By signing up as a Captain (rider/delivery partner) on the Zeply Ride platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting.
1. Definitions
- Zeply / We / Us / Our refers to Zeply, the company operating the Zeply Ride platform.
- Captain / You / Your refers to any individual enrolled with Zeply Ride to provide delivery or transportation services using the app.
- User refers to customers who avail Zeply’s services.
2. Registration & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older with a valid driving license.
- You must own or be authorized to use a two-wheeler in good condition with active insurance and required permits.
- A valid PAN card, Aadhaar, and bank account are mandatory for registration.
- You agree to undergo background verification and KYC procedures as required by Zeply.
3. Service Terms
- You agree to provide transportation or delivery services using the Zeply platform.
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws, safety norms, and platform guidelines.
- Only accept trips/orders through the app; no direct dealings with users outside the platform.
- Maintain professional, polite, and safe behavior at all times.
4. Fees & Payouts
- You will receive earnings based on completed rides or deliveries as per Zeply's payout structure.
- Zeply reserves the right to revise fare structures or commissions from time to time.
- Incentives and bonuses may be provided based on performance and promotional schemes.
- All payouts are subject to TDS and applicable taxes.
5. Device & Data Usage
- You must use a GPS-enabled smartphone compatible with the Zeply Ride app.
- Mobile internet charges, phone usage, and other operational costs are your responsibility.
- You agree to allow the app to access location, call, and notification data necessary for service delivery.
6. Safety & Vehicle Maintenance
- You are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of your vehicle.
- Helmets and safety gear are mandatory for Captains and pillion riders.
- You must not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance.
7. Independent Contractor
You operate as an independent contractor. There is no employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Zeply. You are free to choose your working hours, but must accept and complete rides/orders as per platform standards.
8. Account Termination or Suspension
Zeply may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the platform for:
- Breach of terms
- High cancellation or rejection rates
- Customer complaints
- Misconduct or unsafe driving
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
You may also choose to deactivate your Captain account by providing notice via the app or customer support.
9. Insurance & Liability
- Zeply may provide limited accidental insurance cover at its discretion; details shared during onboarding.
- Zeply is not responsible for losses or damages from road accidents, third-party claims, or law enforcement penalties.
- You are liable for traffic violations, parking fines, or other legal consequences during duty.
10. Customer Experience & Ratings
Captains are rated by users after each service. Consistently low ratings or misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the platform.
11. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
- Keep all customer and platform-related information confidential.
- Misuse of user data or sharing platform data externally is strictly prohibited.
12. Modification of Terms
Zeply may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. The latest version will always be available within the Captain app or on the official website.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Zeply – Restaurant Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between “Zeply” a brand of Wisdom Tree Ventures Pvt Ltd (“Zeply”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Restaurant Partner (“you”, “your”, “Restaurant”) who lists food and beverage items on the Zeply platform (mobile application/website). By registering as a Restaurant Partner on Zeply, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform – Zeply’s mobile application, website, or any other digital interface.
- Customer – End user placing an order via the Zeply Platform.
- Order – Food or beverage order placed by a Customer.
- Commission – Percentage of order value retained by Zeply as service fee.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must hold valid FSSAI License, GST Registration, and any other regulatory approvals required to operate a food business.
- You agree to provide true, complete, and updated KYC, banking, and business details.
- Zeply reserves the right to verify, reject, or suspend your account in case of non-compliance.
3. Partner Obligations
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and local health guidelines.
- Ensure timely preparation and packaging of food orders.
- Display accurate menu, pricing, and availability on the Zeply Platform.
- Do not engage in fraudulent activities such as fake orders or duplicate listings.
- Ensure availability of manpower to handle orders during listed operating hours.
4. Zeply’s Rights
- To determine commission and service charges at its sole discretion with prior intimation.
- To run promotions, discounts, or campaigns on your behalf with consent.
- To delist, suspend, or terminate your account in case of fraud, repeated complaints, or violation of these Terms.
- To collect feedback and ratings from Customers and display them publicly.
5. Fees & Commission
- Zeply will charge a service commission on each order as mutually agreed.
- Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or penalties shall be deducted before settlement.
6. Liability & Indemnity
- You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of food served.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Zeply harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of food quality, health issues, or misrepresentation.
7. Termination & Suspension
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days prior notice.
- Zeply may suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of:
- Food safety violations.
- Repeated customer complaints.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Non-compliance with law or these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
